The Tail Pad / Antenna - SHORTBOARD is designed to house the FREEDOM + Surf Transferable Power Module (not included) and combined, they transform your board into a powerful shark deterrent. One Transferable Power Module can be used across multiple boards (and is included in the FREEDOM+ Surf and FREEDOM+ Surf - SHORTBOARD), however, you will need one Tail Pad / Antenna or Tail Pad / Antenna - SHORTBOARD for each board you’d like to use.
Tail Pad / Antenna vs Tail Pad /Antenna - SHORTBOARD
The Tail Pad / Antenna - SHORTBOARD has been designed for boards under 6'6". It features a shorter antenna with smaller electrodes to produce a smaller electrical field than the regular FREEDOM+ Surf Tail Pad / Antenna. This means you're much less likely to feel it when using the product on a shorter board or board with less volume.
The protective field of around 2.5m long x 0.5m deep is smaller than the regular FREEDOM+ Surf but the power output is exactly the same which means it packs just as much punch!

- Sticker-thin (≤ 500 microns) adhesive decal antenna adheres to the underside of your board and connects to the Tail Pad.
- The oblong shaped electrodes measure 2cm (0.78") wide x 10cm (3.93") long and are spaced approximately 36cm (14.17") apart.
- A foam insert (included) can be used in the Tail Pad kicker for those surfs when you don’t want to use the Transferable Power Module.
- Not suitable for children under 14, pregnant women or those with certain medical conditions. Read more here.

What's Included:
The Tail Pad / Antenna - SHORTBOARD includes a Tail Pad, Decal Antenna and a foam block that can be used in the Tail Pad kicker in place of the Transferable Power Module for the times when you don’t want to the Power Module. NOTE: The same Transferable Power Module (not included) can be used on both the Tail Pad / Antenna and the Tail Pad / Antenna – SHORTBOARD.

It is our policy to ensure we deliver to our customers in a timely manner. In order to achieve this we use a range of freight companies depending on the size and weight of your order. In some instances we may use a number of carriers to get your products to you. For example, chain may come by road, some electronic equipment by air.

Orders delivered to Australian Post Codes under $499 attract an $18.00 shipping charge.
Orders of $499 or more ship free.*
For Remote areas and bulky items. If the cost to send is vastly different to our standard delivery costs, someone from our team will contact you prior to dispatch to arrange further payment or to issue a refund if you are not happy with the additional charges.
International orders will be charged at $0.00 initially and our staff will be in contact with a shipping quote. If the quote is not accepted the customer reserves the right to cancel their order and be refunded in full.
