The wireless remote control allows up and down operation of any solenoid switched windlass. The five switch wireless remote combines windlass and thruster control, allowing port or starboard thrust operation and up or down operation of the windlass.
Each kit includes one, three or five button wireless fob and one receiver capable of receiving up to eight remote fobs. Each receiver has the ability to sequence over one billion individual codes which helps eliminate false triggering from interference. The floating fob is waterproof to IP67 with additional fobs available separately. Maybe retrofitted to existing installations.
Where signal range presents a problem, Lewmar® also offers a remote antenna kit 154540, providing additional signal strength where reception is poor or distance is an issue to the windlass or thruster. Kit includes 10 meters of wiring, antenna and mounting bracket.
